Film Camp believes society has a moral obligation to give our young people the tools necessary to successfully navigate through life. That starts with respecting them as humans on planet Earth and actively listening to their thoughts, desires, concerns, and ideas. We are at a very interesting and chaotic time in the human experience. It should not be left unexamined. We must provide the tools of tolerance, acceptance, and positivity to our young thinkers. Film Camp will give these young thinkers a chance to express their ideas through a medium that surrounds all of us every day: video content creation. Film Camp allows our youth to tell their stories with professional-level video production support.

Our Vision
Film Camp boosts the confidence and self-worth of underprivileged and privileged youth through visual storytelling supported by a professional level of video production.
Nothing less than realizing the full creative potential of our youth across North America no matter their economic or home life challenges.
The programs are authentic in every way. The young people will write, produce, direct and edit their own short film. (commercial, narrative, documentary or parody) They will be given story prompts to get inspired and guidelines to adhere to. They will pitch and develop their ideas in a ‘writer’s room’ setting. The students will develop those ideas into scripts and storyboards and finally into production followed by editing.
